Seaweed (coconut paste) drying production line

Project Overview:
As algae that grow in the sea, seaweeds are cryptographic plants in the plant kingdom. Algae include several different types of organisms that generate energy through photosynthesis. They are generally regarded as simple plants. Their main characteristics are: no vascular tissue, no real root, stem, and leaf differentiation; no flowering, no fruits and seeds; no specialized protective tissues for the reproductive organs, often directly composed of a single The cells produce spores or gametes; and no embryos are formed. Because of the simple structure of algae, some botanists classify it as the "frond flora" of lower plants together with fungi. Seaweed is abundant in Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia.
This production line can use high-end DW mesh belt dryers, which can achieve efficient drying of seaweed and coconut paste.

Work advantage:
The entire production line is a fully enclosed type (for materials), consisting of three parts: swinging cloth section, drying section and discharging section. The function of the swinging cloth section makes the seaweed evenly dispersed on the screen and transported to the drying section at a uniform speed. After the seaweed passes through the 80℃ hot air drying section, 90℃ hot air drying section and 120℃ hot air drying section, it is discharged through the discharge section. The circulating air direction and the circulation of the air in each unit are downward, that is, the heated air is sucked in by the induced draft fan. After the air outlet of the fan is first pre-distributed and then passes through the orifice to even the air, the hot air rises from the bottom of the material (or from the material Top down) penetrate the material layer.
